Was so impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Was already stressed because of the water damage but it was handled so well from when I rang your office to when the plumber arrived to the end of job clean up. The end result looked like no-one had been there, if not even better than before. QLD Plumbing repaired a broken septic drain x4 They had to dig up the concrete and patio bricks and dig deeply to get to the pipes. They told us we would not know they had been there when they were finished. This was very true. The 3 plumbers polite quick workers well spoken showed us the state of the drain damage by camera and explained carefully what needed to be done. I recomend them for any work that needs to be done. After having a complaint I have to say that QLD Plumbing did everything they could possibly do to fix the problem and even brought us a 30 pack of Coke! Thanks guys! I have never experienced such a response to a complaint... most people dont care and wouldnt have chased me up to fix the problem. 5 STARS!!! Invoice number 4447 Adam and Dan are the best plumbers I've ever had, they work fantastic together. They were professional, fast, tidy, friendly and showed me everything that was going on. I felt very comfortable being around them, i deal with all tradies being the carer for my veteran husband, some tradies treat women not very nice. Both these men previously replaced my hot water service and that was an impressive job as well. This house is well over 50 years old and i will be requesting these two for all future work, which is a fair bit. I would happily recommend the whole company based off of these two and their professionalism alone.

I needed a plumber urgently and as promised to a VIP member Allen was there really quickly. He undertook the required work really proficiently, leaving the bathroom absolutely clean and provided a detailed report to confirm his work. It is really nice to have a company that does what it s going to do!

Was not sure why drains wouldnt run, Ben from QLD Plumbing sorted in very fast time. Also Daniel installed a Gully trap and IP points. overall service satisfaction 10 out of ten. these guys know their stuff. Five stars from me.

Inv #5559 Ben and his team were excellent. After noticing the hot water system was leaking early in the morning, and calling QLD Plumbing, the boys had arrived and installed a new system by lunchtime (all while allowing the family dog to act as supervisor). Can not fault, they were amazing
